About

Hi, I’m Lucy.

I’m a Career & Wellbeing Coach and would love to help you take control of your life, happiness and overall wellbeing. To take a moment to pause and realise where you are, where you want to be and then how to get there.

I know making a change can sometimes feel overwhelming, stressful and a little unsettling.

I’ve been there.

Whether changing careers, relationships, direction in life or deciding to prioritise your wellbeing once and for all. It can feel scary, daunting and isolating to break habits and decide to make a change and try something new and different.

However when we start to get clarity on what is important to us, what brings us joy and what makes us feel fulfilled, alive, healthy and well life really does become much easier.

Trying to figure out how to do this, however can be confusing, stressful and lonely.

But that is where I come in!

My role is always to work with you. To support you on your wellness journey and help guide you to achieve your life, career and wellbeing goals so you feel happy, healthy and inspired.

How I can help you reach your goals?

I have been helping and supporting people achieve their own unique goals for over 15 years.

Back in 2006 I started my career in HR and worked my way up through the business to HR Director by the time I left in 2016. It was a fantastic job where I gained extensive experience in not just HR, coaching and recruitment but as a member of the Board I was exposed to all areas of the business and gained experience in mergers and acquisitions, IPOs and working under private equity.

However this came at a cost.

As the Head of a global team extensive travel was part of my role and my work/life balance was not very balanced at all.

I knew something needed to change but I felt stuck and simply felt I didn’t have time to think about what to do next, how to alter my situation or to be honest, where to start. I was in a rut and simply going through the motions and felt I was too busy to think about what to do differently.

Yet when I started maternity leave at the end of 2015 this gave me the chance to take time out and re-evaluate what is important to me and my family. What my passions are, what my purpose is and also helped me appreciate there is a big wide world out there and so many opportunities to seize.

I also worked with a fantastic coach in this time who helped me identify and get clear on my goals and to work through my options and I started to devise the next steps in my career path and in my life.

I didn’t return to the corporate role nor to HR initially and retrained to be a yoga teacher. Something I’d always wanted to do but wasn’t sure how to or when I would be able to with this busy, stressful HR Director job.

At the same time my husband also retrained from being a scientist to becoming a carpenter! So here we were, two new parents starting our careers again. But following our hearts and being true to ourselves. It was a crazy, scary, hard but exhilarating time.

Whilst training to be a yoga teacher I continued to work as an HR consultant and coach and when I qualified as a yoga teacher in 2017 I set up my own yoga & wellbeing business (Yoga Three60) whilst continuing to offer HR, wellbeing and coaching services across South Wales.

In 2018 we welcomed our second son to the world and at the same time my husband set up his own carpentry business.

After some time off with my newborn it was time for me to focus in on my passion of coaching, wellbeing and yoga.

Cliché as it may sound, I love helping people feel happy and fulfilled in their life and their career, however that may look for them. My skills, background and interests lend themselves to this and I am currently studying to become an Ayurvedic nutritionist and lifestyle consultant as well – to further my skillset and be able to support and help people even more on their wellness journey.

So from this little story of mine I hope you can see I really do know first-hand how daunting and lonely it can be to make that decision that something needs to change and to decide you are going to take control of your wellbeing, your career and your life.

But that is where I come in.

I truly believe everyone deserves to live a life of joy, purpose and good health. But sometimes we just need some support and guidance with that. To help us gain clarity and to believe in ourselves.

I would love to work with you to help you achieve this.
